When your company signs a long term maintenance contract with SpokaneTEAM, there are always months that do not require all the time the contract calls for. Unlike other Support Companies we keep track of those unused hours over the course of the contract and apply them to when those unexpected system faults occur. We also will do remote troubleshooting in 75% of all the cases and this saves you time and money by not paying us drive time. For complex installations that require more maintenance that others we suggest a maintenance contract where we give a 50% discount on all maintenance work and allow paid for hours to be held over for up to 2 months so that the hours you pay for are the ones you get.
